I like the pattern in P.O.'s puzzle 44, but the proposed puzzle is not for normal human solvers. Here's one for them:

W=8, which is quite high.
I didn't publish my solution in Puzzle44 thread as it has nothing interesting in it. I haven't seen there any "easy" solution not using uniqueness.
