A fairly extreme puzzle. I wonder why no-one had a go at it?

Maybe because it has nothing worth noticing.
And W6 is not that extreme. If you're interested in really extreme T&E(1) puzzles, I can provide hundreds of thousands of them with a much higher W or B rating (B ≥ 12).
I didn't even try to reduce the number of steps.
