Sorry, jayal, to move you a second time, but I've just opened up a forum specificly for New Zeland puzzles (see the "New Zealand Pappocom papers" forum). You are the inaugural entry in the forum.

Hopefully, a forum specifically for NZ might encourage more NZers to pitch in with some comments.
