Is there a quad here?

24,3,79,1267,12679,1267,8,2467,5

Can I simplify this to:

24,3,9,1267,1267,1267,8,267,5 ?

No - it appears you're looking for a quad of 1267. To be a hidden quad, those numbers may only appear in some combination in FOUR cells, but those candidates actually appear in SIX cells in your example. To be a naked quad, there must be four cells containing some combination of those numbers WITH NO OTHERS, but your example only has TWO cells with just those numbers - the others you have hightlighted contain extra numbers.

Sorry - no quad here.
