Puzzle related to Gurths symmetrical placement

I already posted it in the sudoku variant section , but after I found the relation with "GURTHS SYMMETRICAL PLACEMENT" and Diagonal sudoku, I decided to repost it here:

No, there is no relation to Gurths symmetrical placement, which depends on the fact, that the solution is 180 degree digit symmetric (automorph).
The fact, that the 3 cells cannot be even, simply can be deduced from the extra rules of this variant (at most 1 odd digit in the diagonal cells of the outer boxes).
