sudoku dot com doesn't recognise the first 5 numbers of this puzzle as being 19228. am I doing something wrong?

anyone got any hints on the puzzle itself?

My records show that I have not supplied a puzzle 19228 to the Weekend Australian. Are you sure those are the first 5 digits?

If you can confirm that those are the first 5 digits, I will contact the Weekend Australian. Are we talking about a 9x9 Classic Sudoku, and can you confirm it is a Pappocom puzzle?
