Puzzle 127 25th April

Postby Henry » Mon Apr 25, 2005 9:21 am

I thought all puzzles have but one solution. This one today seems to finish with two options at the end: the numbers in r8c5/7 and r9c5/7 can be reversed.

How did you solve the puzzle? did you solve it in the paper?

As in, did you copy the starting grid to somewhere else and solved it there? or ...?

What you need to check is wheter or not you used to correct starting grid... and it might be a good idea to post your solution aswell (until the point where you can choose)

Puzzle 127 25th April

Thanks, Animator!
Because both my wife and I do the puzzle, I do copy it out and I left off the 7 in r8c8 which is why the thing would not resolve.
I got the positions in the message wrong as well - should have read r8c5/8 and r8c5/8!
Lets hope the day will improve from now!
