The Killer sudokus in The Times today are credited as being Papocom, but they're not, right?

I would think they're Puzzler Media - same as the daily ones. As far as I know Pappocom don't do Killers.

I always thought that killers were made by the AIIA corporation?

have they changed?

Yeah, they've recently changes to the (much harder) Puzzler puzzles for Killers. AIIA still do the Samurais, I believe.
