Here is one easy next step. You have a naked pair 3 and 7 in column 6, rows 6 and 7. So you can eliminate all other 3's and 7's in column 6. That forces a 2 in row 8, column 6. That, in turn, eliminates all other 2's in column 6, and forces a 3 in row 8, column 7.
