please help with naked trips

i was wondering say the trips go into one column of one zone

. . X

this only allows you to take the value of x out of the column and zone?
or can you take it out of the rows as well?

In your example you can only eliminate candidates from the column and the block. To get eliminations in a row all three cells of the naked triple have to be in one row like this:

If you understand forcing chains as you claim in another post, I really don't see why you have any problems with triples:!:

i understand forcing chains because it was explained in a simple way i watched a video on expert village on it but the trips were not explained completly.
