Welcome to this forum. Your puzzle needs only singles to solve. Did you make any pencilmarks? If you tell us what you have concluded so far it would be easier to help you.

As Carcul stated, this puzzle is solvable with singles only ... so it's a good one to solve without pencilmarks. For a start look for the only possible placements of ...

digits 1 and 7 in row 1,
digits 1 and 2 in row 9,
digit 9 in row 2, and
digit 7 in row 8
