The puzzle below was generated from the Sudoku Grab app. It is from it's hardest level.

I know I must be overlooking the next clue to solving the puzzle; I just cannot find the next technique/logic to continue solving it. Can you help me figure out what to do next?

There is a Skyscraper in 7's in cells a-b-c-d => - 7 r2c7, r5c9. If you are unfamilar with Skyscrapers you can read about them here.

An alternative interpretation for the same 4 cells is a Sashimi Finned XWing in 7's r16 c39 with a fin Cell r6c7 which only eliminates the 7 at r5c9. You can read about this move here.
