There is an XYZ-wing pattern on cells r6c5, r7c5 and r9c4. At least one of these cells must contain the value 2. The XYZ-wing eliminates 2 from any other cell that can see all these three cells, so r8c5<>2 and the puzzle solves with singles.
Code: Select all
`+-----------------------------+ | 29 8 29| 3   67   47| 46 1 5| | 5  4 1 | 8   69   2 | 69 7 3| | 7  6 3 | 59  1    45| 49 2 8| |--------+------------+-------| | 8  2 5 | 4   3    6 | 7  9 1| | 3  9 6 | 7   8    1 | 5  4 2| | 4  1 7 | 25  *25  9 | 3  8 6| |--------+------------+-------| | 1  7 29| 6   *259 58| 28 3 4| | 6  3 4 | 1   -27  78| 28 5 9| | 29 5 8 | *29 4    3 | 1  6 7| +--------+------------+-------+`
