I think you meant 8r5c2=(8-1)r5c3=(1-6)r7c3=6r7c2 => -8r7c2 and cells marked c & d need
to be moved down in your PM.

Strong link for 6 in row 4 -> either r6c3 or r2c9 must be 7.
r2c9=7->r4c4=7 => r4c1, r6c6<>7
(7=6)r6c3-6r4c2=6r4c9-(6=7)r2c9-7r2c4=7r4c4
