...or as an AIC:

(2)r7c4 = [(5)r7c6 = r7c7 - (5=4)r3c4 - r8c4 =[BUG+2]= (7-8)r9c4 = (82)r97c1] => -2 r7c6; stte

Almost NP(25)r7c46:
NP = [(8-5)r7c4 = r7c6 - (5=9)r3c6 - r3c5 = r8c5 - 9r8c1] = 2r8c1 => -2 r7c1; stte

Or, using the bracketed chain segment above...
In 8s, a finned 1-Fish r7\c1 + rfr7c4:
[...] = 9r9c1 => -8 r9c1; stte

Incredible puzzle! Maybe not all that hard, but how often do you get BUG+3 where the three 3-candidate cells are in the same Box AND the same Row or column?
I found that the BUG-killing candidates all led to 6r4c4, 2r4c6 stte.
