I've never seen that term before, although the Strong links in the Kite are grouped so I suppose you could if you want to.

I'm waiting to see an example where there are 8 kite digits in the Kite box. The only Kite box cell that can't hold the Kite digit is at the intersection of the pincer cells (string ends ?) which is r7c5 in this case.

Also I was a bit surprised that this was a solution. Dan's daily puzzles normally require a move that has at least 3 strong links. Maybe this one slipped through the net.

This can also be considered to be a Grouped Skyscraper (3) r7c7 = r3c7 - r3c5 = r89c5 => - 3 r7c46; stte

Again, the Grouped Skyscraper has only two Strong links, so it seems to be too simple a solution.
