I'm missing something. In the first term, I'm not seeing where 3r8c1 fits in.

I guess I have to reply in order to save face. The question looks like something from a person who never heard of a UR or DP. I was thinking that the 67 part of the DP was in c2 rather than c1. Sorry to pester you with my carelessness.
