If r1c7 is 9, r2c9 is 3 and r9c9 is not 3.
If r1c4 is 9, r9c4 is 8, r9c2 is 9, r9c3 is 3 and again r9c9 is not 3.
=> - 3 r9c9

Good afternoon Bat. Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to express your move as a Type 1 AIC. If you are captured or killed in the attempt I will disavow any knowledge of your actions.

This post will not self destruct in 5 seconds. Good luck Bat.

For my part, I prefer Bat's posts to the AICs : much easier to follow, even with the typo "r9c9 is 8" to contend with.
I think I will try to follow Bat's style in future: I may get better results that way.

Another way to get - 3 r9c9 :

If r1c7 is not 9, then r1c4 is 9, r9c4 is 8, r9c2 is 9, r9c3 is 3, r7c3 is not 3, r7c7 is 3, r1c7 is 9 => 3 r2c9

To each his own; I definitely prefer the AICs. For what it's worth, Bat's offerings are AICs- just ones that are expressed in words instead of the standard notation, and with the focus on Kraken solutions. Either way, things would be easier to follow with an annotated PM grid.
