I completed this puzzle, but it was messy.
For example,
If r1c1 is not 1 then r1c6 is 5 and r4c6 is 8 and r4c5 is 5 and r7c5 is not 5.
If r8c1 is not 1 then r8c5 and r9c4 are 56 and again r7c5 is not 5.
=> -5 r7c5

Leren will probably be along soon with a killer move.
