So I've been stuck on this for awhile. It is a Hard from Pappocom.

the next step is to pencil in the remaining candidates like this:

Thanks, I thought I could see the solution without actually penciling it all in, but doing this definitely helped. Ends up r8c2 had possibilities of 2,9, but either r7c3 and r9c3 had to be a 9, so r8c2 was 2 and it was very easy from there.
