I have recently published a sudoku book at http://www.lulu.com/content/127865 .
You can download a copy for very little money, or buy a bound copy. The book contains 100 puzzles. Some are 16x16. Some are sudoku-like but not exactly sudoku.
If there is enough interest, I will generate a second book containing more puzzles, and concentrating on the kinds of puzzles people seem to like.
Meanwhile, come visit http://www.cs.uky.edu/~raphael/sud.html every day for a new sudoku puzzle. Three days a week the puzzle includes diagonal constraints. On Sunday it's a harder puzzle.
