Exchanging 25 in r39c45 leads to gsp. The main diagonal is limited to 678. Then solves with locked candidates.
There are also some beautiful patterns in the 289 floors that don't use gsp, but they don't seem very effective.

Yes, that's the trick.
You could also exchange 49 in r45 to get a digital diagonal symmetric puzzle (shye mentioned it already).
This has no influence to the rest of the puzzle. So in a solution you can swap them as well as in a puzzle.
