You'll notice that r4c4 has to be 8 because it is the only 8 in Row 4 or Box 5.

After that r6c4 must be 4 because it is the only 4 in Box 5.

Then there is a pair of pointing 1's in r5c45, which removes the 1's from r5c2 and r5c7. In particular r5c7 = 5.
