Need one clue to get me going again...

Postby michaelv976 » Fri Jun 10, 2005 10:29 pm

I am stumped on the following...

005900106
000016009
196205000
512639487
769824010
843571962
000002001
601400000
007108030

I don't necessarily want the answers...just where I should be focussing on because I don't want to have to do a trial and error, I want to solve it by pure logic. Only one clue. I just want to be able to move forward one more step.

Cheers

Mike

I think there's a mistake somewhere ... either a typo in your posting or with some of your solutions ... the grid you've given is not coming up as a valid puzzle

You are absolutely correct! The top line should have been 050... instead of 005! Dammit I spent so many hours on recent international plane flights trying to figure out the magical new method I had yet to come across. There's a lesson not to write them out again on a blank template very late at night!

Came out very quickly after that.

Thanks for making me check the first obvious thing.
