Although on the face of it, every square has more than one possibility, there's rather more to sudoku than that. For example, look at the whole of box 3 (the top-right 3x3 box), and see which squares the 9 can go in.
That is, you can't just look at cells one-by-one, you have to examine whole rows and columns and boxes and see how many boxes all the missing numbers can go in. There are many more techniques than this that you can also use (and one in particular that I think you'll need to find before you can finish off this particular puzzle).
