Since there is only one digit that can go there, you can solve r6c9=7
So you have two techniques now,
r9c1=8 because there was no other cell in its box that could be 8.
In general, find the only cell in some box, row or column where you can put some candidate.
r6c9=7 because no other candidate would be legal here.
In general, find a cell where only one candidate can fit.
Those are all you need to solve this puzzle, but it will be tough.
