(Also, can you post the source of the puzzle and/or the level/difficulty aswell?)

From the program, hard level. Just after i posted i found another 3 - r2c9, but that still doesn't help me

Look at box 1, pay attention to the numbers 4 and 5

Then take a close look at row 1 (numbers 2, 4, 5). If you look carefully then you will be able to fill in a number.
