If possible, can you give me a tip to solve this sudoku and another thing that I have problems is to find naked triples, do you have any tips on how to find them?

By the usual standards of enquiries we get this is a very difficult puzzle to solve. it requires multiple difficult moves including boring forcing chain arguments.

Here is the unique solution but don't expect any sort of solution explanation that you could be expected to understand in any reasonable period of time.

I've checked this with my solver and also the freely available Hodoku solver. Both programs gave similarly long and boring solutions, involving forcing chains amongst other things.

It might be of interest to know where you got this puzzle from. I'd be surprised if it's from a book or newspaper.

To expand on what Leren said just a tiny bit: If you are asking questions about Naked Triples, there is no way that you could be ready to tackle this puzzle. This puzzle is way way way beyond Naked Triples.
