The cells r3c2, r6c2 and r8c2 form a naked triple on the candidates <368> and therefore you may remove 3,6 and 8 from the rest of the column.

This puzzle has a consistant way of solving it........

as rep'nA mentioned a naked triple in column 2 is the way to solve it.........

alternatively it has a hidden quad counterpart which can be easier for some...

Sticking to triples...after the triple in c2, there is another in box 7 (2, 5, 6).
