You've placed two 5's in column one and two 3's in column 2. It's also handy if you can post the initial clue grid when asking for help.

It's all singles. Start with r3c7. You show the candidates as 13, but there's already a 3 in row 3, so a couple of of threes in that row can be eliminated.

A separate grid with just the initial clues would be even more helpful. Recommend you use dots ('.') or zeroes ('0') for empty cells. A single line of 81 characters is acceptable too.

Your puzzle can be solved with only singles (naked and hidden) and naked pairs. For your next move, look for the only place a 9 can be in col 5.

Thanks for the hint but I'm still stuck. I'm still kinda new at these but I haven't had this much trouble yet. Please help with the next step.

Naked pair = 78 in box 5.

Since these two numbers must go in these two cells, remove them from the other cells in that box and in that column.

This will give you another naked pair in row 4.
