For Ron, though his question is 5 years old.
Code: Select all
 +-------+-------+-------+
 | . . . | . 9 6 | 5 . 2 |
 | . . . | . . . | . . . |
 | . . 2 | 5 1 3 | . 6 8 |
 +-------+-------+-------+
 | . 4 . | . . 9 | . 8 . |
 | . 6 . | 2 . . | 1 . . |
 | . . 1 | . . 5 | 6 . . |
 +-------+-------+-------+
 | 7 . . | . 4 . | . . 5 |
 | 2 . 9 | 8 . . | . . . |
 | . . . | . . 2 | . 1 . |
 +-------+-------+-------+

[Edit:] Continued in Muggy 3-6.
Hope, Leren is still sleeping :)
Would like to see alternative solutions too.

Eleven,

Why post five puzzles in one thread? Things can get pretty confusing if there are a number of replies about different puzzles. I've seen confusion when there are just two puzzles in the same thread.

The reason is, that they are very related.
But i guess you are right, so i will distribute them to Muggy 2-6.

The title of this series of puzzles strongly suggest a specific pattern of interest. Thus......

Code: Select all
 *-----------------------------------------------------------*
 | 1     378   38    |*47    9     6     | 5    *347   2     |
 | 356   3579  356   |*47    2     8     |*34   *347=9 1     |
 | 4     79    2     | 5     1     3     | 79    6     8     |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 35    4     357   | 1     6     9     | 2     8     37    |
 | 389   6     378   | 2     78    4     | 1     5     379   |
 | 89    2     1     | 3     78    5     | 6     79    4     |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 7     38    368   | 69    4     1     | 89    2     5     |
 | 2     1     9     | 8     5     7     |*34   *34    6     |
 | 568   58    4     | 69    3     2     | 789   1     79    |
 *-----------------------------------------------------------*

Two overlapping AURs: AUR(47)r12c48 & AUR(34)r28c78 with common digits (347) and a single internal reference 9r2c8 which completes the puzzle.

Well done.
That's why i like DP's.
If they are there, you can spot them in 5 minutes from a pencilmark grid.
