Marty, your chain can be simplified:

(6)r4c5=(6-2)r4c8=r4c1-r5c1=(2-6)r5c4=(6)r1c4=>r2c5<>6

I caught the difference when I noticed that you went from =(2)r5c4 to =(6)r1c4 in the ALS. There was already a strong link on <6> in those two cells (to negate any need for the ALS). Also, it's now more clear that r5c4<>6 can be added to your list of eliminations. (not that it's necessary)
