During the Pattern Gaming I found some puzzles with only 1 different given, but a huge SE rating difference.

I wonder if a greater gap exists (not necessarily minimal or symmetrical).

Great! PG322 is already 3 years in the past.

I scanned all PG puzzles with ER>=10.0. This was the only one which resulted in a wider gap than the one you'd already found.
