Thanks, Steve! Dunno how I missed that. I have to admit that my solution was inspired by yours in the first place, so thanks for that too! With this one I had a hard time finding an opening from scratch.

Btw, you get -1 r1c2 similarly! Or you could just start with (8)r5c8. Written with commas it gets pretty compact:

(8)r5c8 = (8,5)r53c4 - r3c23 = (5,1)r15c2 => -1 r5c8
