It's not a perfect AIC with the missing '|' for the 5 in r8c67, but i think, easy to follow.
This looks better reading from right to left:
(9=3)r4c5 - (3=5)r4c7&r6c6 - (57=9)r8c67 - r1c7 = 9r1c9

[Added:] still not correct (SpAce would have pointed out for sure) , should be something like
(9=3)r4c5 - 3r4c7|r6c6 = 5r4c7&r6c6 - (57=9)r8c67 - r1c7 = 9r1c9
However, to find it is easier than to formulate it in AIC.

Yes, this is consistent with the formal logic point of view.
I didn't notice the slight incorrectness. Just saw the nice key weak link : ... 5r4c7&r6c6 - 5r8c67...
SpAce spotted such deviations, often adding that they might be tolerated (as far as the author's intention is clear).
