My evening plans changed and I was in a bored mood so I decided to look for a crazy solution to the current Sudoku. I found one that seems to qualify.

Almost, Almost coloring (9) with extra digits 9 in r5c69
Without the two extra digits, coloring results in multiple deletions (Blue sees Blue) including r1c9<>9
||
If 9r5c6 is true then: 9r5c6-r9c6=r9c7-r7c8=9r3c8 => r1c9<>9
||
If 9r5c69 is true then: 9r5c9=> r1c9<>9
Conclusion => r1c9<>9 to complete the puzzle.
