ALS's are written with all their by-standers, in order to see all loop eliminations. Additional eliminations do not help for stte finish.

Strange puzzle. Three single eliminations solve it with stte finish: -5 r2c2, -7r2c9, -2r3c5 (calculated with brute force). Couldn't find any "simple" net with these targets.
