Does anyone know of any programs that would enable me to enter Bridges/Hashi and Slitherlink puzzles from books and print them out?

I'm answering my own question here, but I've found this Bridges program here.

What does it mean when it says "[Start the combined jar with the argument "creator" to launch the bridges creator]"? I can't work out what to do there.
