hi,
after checking several websites i found out that kakurolive.com claims that it has puzzles with one unique solution that can be reached without guessing, their algorithm checks if the puzzle can be solved using logic and has only one solution.
they have 4 puzzle levels, and this applies to the first 3 levels, the wicked level will be updated this weekend with new puzzles that apply to this.
so far i've played a few dozen games and i think the puzzles they produce are very good.
