Following this elimination, apart from singles, a locked pair 38 r25c3 is required to complete the puzzle.

When some basics are required to complete the puzzle after the non-basic move, the generally accepted termination is lclste, which stands for Locked Candidates, Locked sets, Singles to The End (I think).
