There's a contradiction if r6c9 is 1.
If r6c9 is 1 then r5c7 is 7 and r5c4 is 1 and r5c3 is 6.
Also
If r6c9 is 1 then r6c13 is 26 and r5c3 is 1.

In more standard notation this is a discontinuous loop : (1-7) r6c9 = r5c7 - (7=1) r5c4 - (1=6) r5c3 - (6=12) r6c13 - 1 r6c9 => - 1 r6c9
