Copy the grid into an editor that uses a fixed pitch font. If you're using Windows, Notepad works fine. Adjust spacing and so forth so everything looks right, then copy the grid back into your reply.

Okay thanks. I thought maybe you guys were using some kind of special purpose grid editing software.
