Which iOS apps would you recommend to learn various solving techniques?

I recommend :) Sudoku +. It has tutorials and example puzzles for roughly 45 solving techniques (and many other features). But then I wrote it, so I am a little biased

I've had the pleasure of using it - very pedagogic. Supporting 45 techniques is really impressive.
