Intersections

Postby Orestis » Wed Jun 15, 2005 12:44 pm

SOMETIMES ONE REACHES A 2-PATHS SITUATION. ONE MAY FOLLOW THE FIRST PATH UNTIL REACHING A DEAD-END. PREFERABLY ONE WOULD WANT TO KNOW SO, BEFORE REACHING IT...

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE FOLLOWING HOLDS TRUE?
you have found a pair (2,7) being the intersection of row-column-box in 2 positions. if you come across a 3rd postion with the same pair (2,7) as its intersection, then, have you reached an absurdity?

cheers
