I wan t to know how many possible combinations for SUDOKU..... its a 9X9 matrix...... there must be only certain number pf problems.... i want ti know the number of problems possible for 9X9 Sudoku....

There are 5.472.730.538 essentially different solution grids (see wikipedia), but AFAIK the number of (essentially different) sudokus is not known yet. As a rough guess there might be 10 million minimal sudokus per grid (but its different for different grids).
So you have quadrillions of different sudokus.
