You can still eliminate candidates in two columns and then there's a 'naked pair' in a row. After that, it should be plain sailing.

The only thing I've found to eliminate is the 7 from r2c6. I sure don't see any pair in a row.

Look at where the 4's are in column 8; make some eliminations.
Look at row 4; make some eliminations.
You can now place a number in block 5.
