Depending upon your POV, row 7 has a hidden pair and a naked quad.

Hidden pair means there are two cells that have two candidates not in any other cells. Therefore, all other candidates in those two cells may be eliminated.

From the alternate POV, there are four cells that in total have exactly four (different) candidates. Therefore, those candidates cannot occur in any other cells.

Both viewpoints cause the same eliminations. If you need additional help, let us know.
