Postby berbusco » Tue Jul 19, 2005 11:54 am

hi!
i'm stuck in this "very hard" level puzzle:

030 200 781
008 000 304
074 030 960

000 180 607
017 609 038
800 375 149

041 060 890
700 000 410
980 413 070

"0" is for a blank cell:)

any clue?
Thanks
pedro

There's an interaction between blocks 4 and 7 that allow a candidate elimination (Look at the digit 6), then a pair in row 2.

There's more than one way to skin a cat... or solve a Sudoku.

The hidden pair in row 2 was enough to complete the puzzle.

Thanks again

I'm not sure whether you're agreeing with me or not!

The hidden pair (1 and 6) in row 2 is only available after the elimination of 6 as a candidate for (2,2) resulting from the consideration of 6 in blocks 4 and 7.
