I had not explored the UR(57)r19c46 that you saw in the original thread. Using externals we get:
(5)r1c3==(5)r1c7 - (5=4)r4c6 - r9c6 = (4)r9c3 => -4 r1c3; ste

Otherwise, there is also this chain (4)r1c3 = (4-9)r9c3 = r9c6 - r8c9 = (917)r1c469 => -4 r1c49; ste
9r8c9 and 9r1c9 are externals for my DP(29)r8c13,b1p19,r13c7, but DP not needed as they are already conjugates...

Ah, interesting discussions from way back when. I wish DAJ would come back.

Once again, my own solution from then is one that I wouldn't use now without memory stars at the very least.
