Hidden Triple?

Is this a hidden 4/6/9 triple in row 3 resulting in a 3 for r3c6?

No, but you do have three hidden triples in that puzzle state. However, two of them are coupled with a naked single (r1c3), so they're more or less degenerate. The third one is the real thing (coupled with a naked quad). It's on row 8.
